This Privacy Policy explains how PRCT Trading Corp. (“we”, “us”) handles information when you visit prcttrading.com. We keep it simple and collect as little as we can.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you use a form on this site, our contact and inquiry forms collect your name, email address, company and anything else you choose to type, such as a phone number or message; the retailer, broker and factory forms on our app collect the business details you enter there. We use it to reply to you and to follow up on your request.
- Anonymous usage data. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It is cookieless and does not identify you or track you across other sites.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and running.
We do not require accounts, logins or passwords. We do not run advertising trackers. We do not sell your personal information, and we never will.
How we use it
To answer your message, to set up a wholesale relationship if you ask for one, to keep the site working, and to meet our legal obligations. Messages you send through a form are delivered to our sales team and stored in our internal customer system so we can follow up.
Who sees it
Our own staff, the companies that host the site and deliver email for us, and nobody else, except where the law requires it. If you ask about a product that is distributed by another company in the PRCT family, we may pass your inquiry to that company so the right person answers you.
Cookies
This site does not set tracking cookies and shows no cookie banner because it does not need one. Links to other websites, including maps and videos hosted elsewhere, are governed by those sites’ own policies once you follow them.
Children
This site is for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.
Your choices

Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
